Strategy Associate

Role Summary: Act as the strategic link between company goals and daily operations, managing the entire OKR framework to identify and close performance gaps. This role combines deep analysis with hands-on project leadership to drive high-priority initiatives, improve core processes, and solve complex operational challenges for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and automate the company-wide OKR tracking process; identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive initiatives to close them

• Analyze key business drivers, including topline and bottomline performance, to generate actionable insights

• Conduct market, competitor, and industry best-practice research to support strategic decision-making

• Lead high-impact projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, creating scalable solutions, and resolving business bottlenecks

• Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports on performance, insights, and recommendations to the Board of Directors (BOD)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business analytics, PMO, or related roles

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or other relevant fields from a reputable university

• Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to conduct root-cause analysis on complex operational or data-related issues

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end project management, from ideation and planning through execution and reporting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and collaborate across departments

• Highly logical, structured, and analytical thinking capability

• Self-driven, proactive, and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in F&B or retail industry is highly preferred

• Lean Six Sigma or Scrum Master certification is an advantage
