Social Media Supervisor

•  Develop and supervise social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms  
•  Manage end-to-end content planning, publishing schedules, and campaign rollouts  
•  Lead creative brainstorming for social-first campaigns, trends, and brand storytelling  
•  Supervise content creation process with designers, copywriters, videographers, agencies, and talents  
•  Ensure all social media content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives  
•  Monitor social media trends, internet culture, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant  
•  Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with actionable insights  
•  Manage community engagement and oversee response quality across platforms  
•  Coordinate with internal teams for launches, campaigns, partnerships, and activations  
•  Oversee influencer/KOL collaborations and ensure campaign deliverables are executed properly  
•  Maintain content quality control and approval process before publishing  
•  Support real-time/social moment marketing opportunities  

•  3–5 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy  
•  Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media culture  
•  Experience leading campaigns and managing creative/content teams  
•  Strong copywriting and storytelling skills  
•  Up-to-date with trends, memes, and evolving digital behaviors  
•  Familiar with social media analytics and reporting tools  
•  Highly organized with strong project management skills  
•  Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
•  Creative thinker with strong attention to detail  

Preferred Qualifications  

•  Experience in F&B, lifestyle, fashion, or culture-driven brands  
•  Experience working with influencers, talents, or online communities  
•  Basic understanding of paid media/social boosting  
•  Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or social editing tools
