Data Analyst Officer

Job Summary

The Operation Analyst Officer serves as an analytics partner to Fore Coffee’s Operations team, translating store operations, supply chain, and product performance data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for developing dashboards, conducting in-depth analysis of outlet and supply chain performance, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, store productivity, and customer experience.

The incumbent will work closely with Store Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams to ensure that operational decisions are grounded in accurate, timely, and relevant data. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities (SQL, data visualization) with solid business acumen in the F&B or retail industry.

•  Monitor and analyze store KPIs, performance trends, and crew productivity; provide actionable insights on outlet performance and peak hours
• Evaluate supply chain and inventory performance including stock levels, forecasting accuracy, wastage, and supplier performance
• Analyze product and menu performance, including pricing, promotions, and new product impact on sales and margins
• Develop dashboards and reports, and present insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, improve reporting processes, and drive automation and standardization

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Management, or related field with 2–4 years experience in data, business, or operations analysis, preferably in F&B, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, CTEs), advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools
• Solid understanding of statistics (descriptive analysis, A/B testing, hypothesis testing) with familiarity in Python or R as a plus
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and experience working with large-scale operational data is an advantage
• Strong business acumen in F&B or retail KPIs with ability to translate data into actionable, practical insights
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English
