Senior App Engineer (iOS)

• Architecture & Modularization: Build large-scale iOS applications using Clean Architecture and drive modularization strategy (Swift Packages, feature/core modules) to enforce strict separation of concerns and enable parallel development.  
• Modern UI & Design Systems: Experience building scalable SwiftUI architecture, including custom design systems, advanced state management, and view rendering/performance optimization.  
• Dependency Injection & Lifecycle: Deep understanding of dependency injection design (e.g., Swinject, Needle, or native patterns), managing complex object lifecycles, graph optimization, and test overrides.  
• App Performance & Diagnostics: Own application performance and diagnostics, including app startup time, memory management (Instruments), and advanced concurrency (Swift Concurrency/Async-Await, Combine).  
• Technical Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce code quality standards, architectural boundaries, and testing excellence (XCTest/XCUITest) to ensure a robust and reliable iOS ecosystem.  
• Mentorship & Product Collaboration: Mentor iOS engineers through constructive code reviews and collaborate on technical design, with the confidence to challenge product decisions when they compromise system integrity or Apple HIG.  

• Technical & Ownership: Preferably 5+ years of professional iOS experience with a proven track record of driving product excellence. You take full ownership of technical design, architectural decisions (modularization, scalability), and collaborate closely with Product Owners to shape the roadmap.  
• Advanced iOS Expertise: Deep mastery of the iOS Native Platform (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI), including a profound understanding of the app lifecycle, memory management, concurrency (Async/Await/GCD), and optimizing rendering pipelines for peak UI performance.  
• Code Quality & Engineering Practices: Strong architectural skills focused on clean boundaries, maintainability, and testability. You write clean code and leverage tools like Instruments for debugging and profiling.  
• Collaboration & Mentorship: A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, with a passion for mentoring junior/mid-level engineers and fostering a culture of code quality through robust code reviews.  

Nice to Have  

• Automation: Experience setting up or maintaining Mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions).
• Observability: Familiarity with production monitoring, crash reporting, and analytics tools (Firebase, Sentry, Datadog).  
• App Store Management: Direct experience managing the App Store Connect publishing process, TestFlight, and provisioning profiles.  
• Modern Practices: Experience with reactive programming or modern dependency injection frameworks.
