Job description
- Monitoring systems and procedures to make sure in accordance with regulations standard (GMP, HALAL, HACCP).
- Monitoring research process by RnD departement (scale up, adjusment and reformulation) make sure with the specified standard.
- Coordinate daily activity of QC process inspector.
- Perform product analysis biologically, chemically, and physically according to specified standards (Passed, Quarantine, Rejected)
- Assists the QA/QC Team in developing and maintaining the procedures and work
- Good Excellent problem-solving ability with high level of integrity
- Certified for certain skills ( Halal Certified, Food Handler Certified, HACCP) is a must, other certification will be plus point
Job requirements
- Min. D3/S1 majoring in food engineering, nutrititons or other relevant majors.
- Experienced in QC/QA for at least 1 year (fresh graduate are welcome).
- Independent, energetic, persistance and have a willingness to learn.
- Having a good communication skills with a good analysis in Operational Central Kitchen
- Willing to work in a shift system (6 days working, 1 day off).
