Purchasing Staff (Marketing Collateral)

Job description

  • Manage procurement of marketing collateral (POSM, print materials, merchandise, etc.) aligned with campaign and brand needs
  • Coordinate with marketing team to understand requirements, timelines, and specifications
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for printing, production, and creative services
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and brand compliance of all marketing materials
  • Monitor vendor performance, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Oversee inventory and distribution of marketing collateral across outlets/locations
  • Ensure timely production and delivery to support campaigns and activations
  • Maintain records of purchases, vendor database, and stock levels in line with company policies

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably handling marketing collateral
  • Understanding of purchase order processes and procurement administration
  • Experience in vendor management, including negotiation and performance monitoring
  • Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with marketing for demand planning
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors
  • Basic negotiation and cost analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
