Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end procurement processes, including creating and submitting Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth purchasing and logistics operations.
  • Monitor procurement requests and follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and required documentation.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure all supporting documents are properly organized and updated.
  • Assist in inventory, logistics, and operational administration to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and seamless execution of procurement activities.


Job requirements

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate from any major, preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Available to commit to a full-time internship period.
