Logistics & Warehouse

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our end-to-end temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution operations across Indonesia.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the freshness, quality, and seamless availability of our key brands (Fore Kopi & Fore Donut) by enforcing strict Cold Chain Management (CCM) protocols, optimizing distribution efficiency, and leading an operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Chain & Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations of multi-temperature warehouses (Chilled & Frozen) and cold fleet distribution to maintain 100% product integrity and minimize wastage.
2. Vendor & 3PL Governance: Evaluate SLA performance and lead contract optimization for 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and cold fleet providers.
3. Cost & Route Optimization: Analyze distribution cost structures (e.g., cost-per-CBM, space utilization) and delivery routes to drive logistics efficiency.
4. Inventory Governance: Oversee daily inventory accuracy, stock counts, and temperature compliance logs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain or Logistics operations, with explicit expertise in Cold Chain (Chilled & Frozen) Management.
2. Team Leadership: Proven ability or minimum 1 year of experience in team management/supervising junior staff is a strong advantage.
3. Industry Background: Prior experience in F&B, Retail Chain, FMCG, or Cold Chain 3PL providers is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

1. Deep understanding of temperature-controlled handling and warehouse standards.
2. Proficient in WMS / ERP systems and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analytics).
3. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills in high-pace environments, detail-oriented, and excellent communication.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
