Job description
- Define and execute the company's BI vision. Build, mentor, and lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
- Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from architecture and governance to reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand data needs and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement new technologies to enhance our BI capabilities.
Job requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery) and BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to connect data insights to business strategy.
