Job description
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned products or product lines.
- Analyze historical material usages to identify demand patterns.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistic, IT/ tech, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role and 3 years as DSP Manager in F&B role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (BI, Metabase) and ERP (Odoo, SAP, Oracle)
- Good knowledge about supply chain from end to end, especially MRP & MPS
- Master in excel (formula, pivot)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
