  • Plan and execute offline brand activations, including grand openings, community events, pop-ups, booths, and experiential marketing activities in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with third parties, including production vendors, event organizers, agencies, and collaboration partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Act as the PIC for coordination with Mall Management, including Tenant Relations, Marcomm, and Event Teams, covering permits, media placements, joint promotions, and event operational needs.
  • Manage all new store opening requirements, including branding materials, activation plans, promotional tools, and opening-day coordination with the Operations team.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including in-store communication materials, digital platforms, and supporting activities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Commercial, CRM, Finance, Procurement, and Design to ensure effective campaign and activation execution.
  • Develop project timelines, checklists, and workflows, and monitor cross-functional progress to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign execution on-site, evaluate activity results, and prepare reports and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and customer experience across all touchpoints in accordance with brand guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Activation, Event Marketing, or Marketing Communication.
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end brand campaigns and offline activations; experience in the F&B or retail industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven experience coordinating with external partners, including vendors, event organizers, agencies, and mall management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong execution ability.
  • Familiar with budgeting, quotation evaluation, and basic cost control for marketing activities.
