Job description
- Conduct tax verification (AR - create Coretax/E-invoice tax invoices)
- Conduct tax verification (AP - create Coretax/E-invoice tax invoices)
- Confirm and coordinate tax deductions with third parties.
- Process tax payments and reporting (periodic tax returns)
- Draft tax reports (details/recaps)
- Collect withholding evidence
- Audit compliance (audit process & findings)
- Coordination at the intracompany/intercompany/third-party level
Job requirements
- Min. bachelor's degree (S1) from finance, accounting, or taxation.
- Min. having 1 year experience as tax staff.
- Certifications like the Indonesian Brevet A & B are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with accounting software (e.g., ERP), and deep knowledge of local tax systems.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and strict integrity.
