Job description
1. Project Governance & Monitoring
- Establish and maintain effective governance and monitoring across the project portfolio, ensuring that project scope, timelines, deliverables, PICs, dependencies, risks, and issues are clearly identified and continuously monitored.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all activities are executed in accordance with the approved scope, timeline, and agreed deliverables.
- Proactively identify projects that are at risk of delay or may not achieve their targets, and drive timely follow-up with the relevant PICs.
2. Project Visibility & Management Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive visibility of project portfolio status for the VP of Technology and IT Manager.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, project summaries, and management reports that provide a clear and consolidated view of overall project performance.
- Establish measurable project monitoring matrices, including project completion percentage, status updates, milestone achievement, and other relevant performance indicators.
3. Early Warning & Preventive Action
- Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines, scope, quality, resources, dependencies, or deliverables.
- Establish and maintain an early-warning mechanism for projects and activities showing signs of potential delays or failure to achieve agreed targets.
4. Risk & Issue Management
- Ensure all project risks and issues are properly documented, assigned to an accountable owner/PIC, provided with target resolution dates, and supported by appropriate mitigation or resolution plans.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and relevant PICs to develop, execute, and monitor mitigation plans for identified risks and early warnings.
- Monitor mitigation and resolution progress through to closure and ensure risks and issues are formally resolved or closed.
5. Project Coordination & Follow-Up
- Act as a central coordinator to ensure alignment among PICs, project teams, and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive timely follow-up on action items, commitments, outstanding activities, and agreed deliverables.
6. Go-Live Readiness
- Ensure projects meet all defined Go-Live readiness criteria before production release.
- Monitor the readiness of all activities, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholders prior to Go-Live
- Develop and ensure the availability of an appropriate rollback and contingency plan in the event of Go-Live failure or critical post-launch issues.
Job requirements
- Min. graduated from bachelor's degree (S1) from all majors. Prioritized from information system/computer sciences.
- Having 3-4 years working experiences as Project Manager/PMO/Scrum Master/IT project/Digital Transformation/System Implementation/IT Governance/Project Control.
- Certification in PMP/PMI will be plus point.
- Familiar or experience in using tools of Jira/Confluence/Monday.com/Trello/Microsoft Project.
