Job description

Ensure all office and building facilities are in good condition and functioning optimally
Oversee cleaning, security, and building maintenance activities
Handle reports of facility damage and coordinate repairs with relevant vendors
Conduct routine inspections to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment
Manage the tracking, distribution, and maintenance of company assets (work equipment, vehicles, and office supplies)
Record and report asset movements on a periodic basis
Monitor asset usage, condition, and inventory levels in accordance with established procedures
Manage the requisition and handover process for operational goods and services based on division or work unit requirements
Coordinate with vendors regarding the procurement of goods and services, prioritizing cost efficiency and service quality
Prepare reports on the usage of goods and services, as well as routine operational requirements

Minimum S1, preferably Engineering, Facility/Building Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in GA, Facility Management, Building Management, or similar position.
Have experience managing Security, Cleaning Service, Building, Electrical & Plumbing.
Able to carry out facility inspection, preventive & corrective maintenance.
Experienced in vendor management, including monitoring manpower, SLA, work quality and costs.
Understand basic electrical, plumbing, building maintenance, and safety & emergency management.
Able to carry out initial troubleshooting and coordinate with technicians/vendors.
Able to create reports, checklists, maintenance schedules and budget monitoring.
Have good communication, coordination, problem solving and attention to detail skills.
Willing to monitor facilities in several locations if necessary.
