Job description
- Conducting Market Development and New Customer Acquisition
- Determining Sales Strategy and Business Target Planning
Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
- Minimum 5–7 years in Business Development/Sales/Commercial Engineering
- Experience in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry is mandatory
- Experience in managing on-call, dedicated, rental, and project cargo businesses
- Experience in developing business strategies, market analysis, and service models, preparing tender proposals, costing, and business cases
- Understanding of contracts, SLAs, pricing, and margins
- Experience in cost analysis and trucking operational cost structures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
