Develop strategies and policies, plan, and oversee all Control Tower activities to ensure the effective and efficient achievement of company targets.
Report and analyze Order Fulfillment, Lead Time Delivery (LTD), fleet utilization and productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and vehicle abnormalities on a regular basis. Monitor Control Tower performance based on weekly KPIs and address delivery bottlenecks to ensure SLA achievement.
Evaluate vendor performance based on KPIs, SLAs, and operational standards, analyze their distribution effectiveness, and coordinate feedback and recommend improvements or replacements to vendor management for vendors who do not meet standards.
Implement continuous improvement through evaluations and ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance Control Tower performance. Optimize technologies such as TMS, GPS Tracking, and Data Analytics to increase efficiency, planning accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. Develop digital innovations in transportation management, including tracking, routing, and fleet management.
Develop and lead the Control Tower team through ongoing supervision, training, and performance evaluation to enhance productivity and work effectiveness. Implement a target-based work culture with a continuous improvement system, and ensure team competency in transportation planning and monitoring through targeted skills development.
Ensure compliance with regulations, occupational safety (HSE), and compliance standards, and oversee the implementation of the 5Rs (Ringkas, Pipi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) in the work environment.
Responsible for carrying out and completing work-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements
Minimum Diploma 3 in Logistics/Transportation/Industrial Engineering. Graduated from bachelor's degree (S1) is preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience as operational transport staff.
