ERP Implementation & Data Migration Lead

We are a manufacturing company undergoing ERP transformation with Odoo.

We are seeking a hands-on, analytical, and highly trustworthy professional to lead ERP implementation coordination and internal data structuring.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as primary bridge between Odoo implementor and internal departments (Finance, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse).

- Gather, clean, validate, and structure legacy data for migration into Odoo.

- Design and document business process flows aligned with ERP best practices.

- Ensure master data integrity (Item, BOM, Routing, Supplier, Customer, Costing).

- Lead ERP UAT and post-go-live stabilization.

- Minimize Excel workaround and enforce system usage discipline.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational data.

- Support continuous improvement after go-live.

Minimum S1 in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.

ERP certification or Odoo experience is highly preferred.

Work Experience

Minimum 3–5 years experience in:

- ERP implementation (preferred: Odoo)

- Manufacturing business process

- Data migration / master data management

Strong understanding of:

- Inventory & Warehouse

- Production flow (BOM, WIP, routing)

- Basic accounting flow (COA, costing, invoicing)

- Experience in manufacturing company is highly preferred.
