Key Responsibilities :

1. Proactively scout for new outlets (New Outlet Opening/NOO) on competitor e-commerce platforms and reach out with partnership proposals.
2. Follow up the potential reseller leads and support them through the complete onboarding process.
3. Actively offer programs, promotions, and product updates to active resellers to drive sales.
4. Accurately input reseller orders and ensure all transaction data is complete and correct.
5. Being Liaison for finance team for invoice creation and coordinate with logistics to ensure goods are successfully delivered to resellers.
6. Conduct regular price audits across marketplaces and follow up on any pricing violations according to standard procedures.
7. Maintain, recap, and update the reseller database (store name, contact information, address, etc.).
8. Serve as the main point of contact for resellers, professionally handling all inquiries, complaints, and challenges.

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (S1) degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience managing agents or resellers in the health care or beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in communicating via digital chat platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, marketplace chats).
• Proven ability to build and manage an online reseller database, ideally within the wellness & beauty sector.
• Detail- oriented person, well-organized, and highly disciplined in meeting deadlines.
• Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet daily and monthly goals.
• Willing to work full-time (Work From Office) at our office in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
