Sales Representative

About the Role

As a Sales Representative at PT. DYM Medical Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s sales growth and expansion within the healthcare industry. This position is full-time and based in Central Jakarta, involving active engagement with customers, building strong relationships, and securing new business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing :

- Identifying and qualifying potential customers

- Initiating and maintaining effective communication with clients to understand their needs and requirements

- Preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals

- Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

- Reporting on sales activities and contributing to the overall sales performance

・Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00

What We’re Looking For :

- Bachelor Degree in any major

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, regulations, and trends (preferred but not mandatory)

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English, written and verbal

- Able to join immediately is a plus
