Job description
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins;
- Scrape and sort dishes before loading them into a dishwashing machine for cleaning;
- Monitor dish machine water temperature during sanitary wash cycle;
- Clean kitchen floors, storage area and take out the trash;
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock;
- Check washing machines operation and promptly report any technical / performance issues;
- Assist in the preparation food as may be required;
- Remove garbage regularly;
- Handle glassware and other fragile tableware to prevent breakage;
- Keep cupboards and storage area clean and organized.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SMK any field;
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position;
- Hands-on experience with washing machines;
- Time management skills, attention to detail and understand hygiene & sanitation;
- Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Exceptional knowledge of restaurant health, hygiene and safety protocols.
