Job description
- Prepare dan serving beverages following recipes, such as grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee, tea and specialty beverages;
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs;
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter;
- Maintain stock of product, clean and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment;
- Comply with safety regulations, quality controls and presentation beverages;
- Keep the bar area clean.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SMK / Diploma in Food & Beverage;
- Experience specialized in Barista;
- Open for deaf crew;
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment, calibration and latte art;
- Great communication skills;
- High level of attention to detail and creative;
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment;
- Enthusiasm to develop skills and knowledge;
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes;
- Team player and approachable manner.
