•⁠ ⁠Monitor shrimp production from raw material to finished product.  

•⁠ ⁠Ensure production complies with buyer specifications, product standards, and quality requirements.  

•⁠ ⁠Conduct in-process, finished product, and pre-shipment inspections.  

•⁠ ⁠Inspect shrimp quality including size/count, appearance, defects, temperature, glazing, net weight, packaging, labeling, and other customer requirements.  

•⁠ ⁠Identify quality issues and work closely with Production and QA teams on corrective actions.  

•⁠ ⁠Verify HACCP, GMP, SSOP, traceability, and quality records.  

•⁠ ⁠Support and participate in BRC/BRCGS, HACCP, buyer, and customer audits.  

•⁠ ⁠Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints and follow up on CAPA.  

•⁠ ⁠Prepare clear and accurate inspection and quality reports.  

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with processing plants, suppliers, production teams, and management to continuously improve product quality.

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Food Technology, Marine Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.  

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in seafood or shrimp processing.  

•⁠ ⁠Strong preference for candidates with hands-on frozen shrimp inspection experience.  

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety systems.  

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with BRC/BRCGS requirements and food safety audits.  

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with international buyer specifications and customer quality requirements.  

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of shrimp processing and common seafood quality defects.  

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.  

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills and ability to work independently with processing plants and suppliers.  

•⁠ ⁠Good English communication skills, written and spoken.  

•⁠ ⁠Willing to travel to processing plants and suppliers when required.  

•⁠ ⁠Candidates based in Jakarta or Lampung are strongly preferred.
