Roles & responsibilities

1. Design & visual production 

• Social-first assets: feed posts, carousels, Stories, Reels covers, short-form video graphics
• Brand collateral sell sheets, trade-show and event graphics, recipe and menu cards, packaging mockups, deck visuals
• Light photo and video editing: retouching product shots, cutting food footage, adding motion and captions
• A reusable Canva template library, so the team can ship on-brand without you being the bottleneck
• An organised, properly named shared asset library nobody should ever have to ask where the logo file is.

2. Social strategy & publishing  

• Own the content calendar across Instagram, Linkedin and Tiktok planned a month ahead, not a day ahead
• Write captions and hooks in the Naughty Prawn voice: playful, confident, food-obsessed, never crude
• Publish and schedule consistently; stay on top of comments and DMs
• Track reach, saves, shares, follower growth and click-throughs, and bring a short monthly read-out with what you'd change
• Watch food and F&B culture closely enough to catch a trend within a day, not a week
• Support DELOS on LinkedIn: milestones, farm and tech stories, hiring posts, event coverage.

3. Brand stewardship  - 15% of the role

• Learn the brand properly palette, type, tone, and the line between naughty and off-brand and hold it across every asset
• Help the guidelines evolve as the brand grows, and flag when something we're about to publish doesn't feel like us
• Coordinate with chefs, photographers, freelancers and retail partners on shared content.

What we need from you

Design tools

Fluent in Canva, confident in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop or Figma, show us what you use. You take a brief and come back with something finished, not something that needs rescuing.

Social instinct

You've planned and run at least one account you can point to personal, campus, community or client. You know the difference between posting and building an audience.

A portfolio

Real work we can look at. Volume matters less than taste.

Discipline

Remote and contract means nobody chases you. Deadlines hold, messages get answered inside a working day, and if something slips you say so early.

Brand sense

You can read a brand and stay inside it. Your first draft of a Naughty Prawn post should already sound like Naughty Prawn.

Language

Comfortable in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Our audience is largely international; our team is Jakarta-based.

Nice to have, not required

• Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
• Food, F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brand experience
• Basic motion graphics or animated type
• Scheduling and analytics tools. Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite
• An interest in sustainability, seafood, or where food actually comes from

Still in college? Good.

We're genuinely open to students, and the hours are built to work around a class schedule. The one thing we can't flex on is reliability, if you commit to a delivery date, we need it to hold through exam week too.
