TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Technical services support on Admixture business strategy

• Provide technical input/ recommendation based on products performance for applications.
• Provide technical support to sales team and customer for trouble shooting based on products applications.
• Provide technical consultancy related to technical issue based on products performance.
• Provide reference information and recommendation to verify competitiveness of own products.
• Communicate with customer to identify their expectation/ problems, including handling/follow up complaints on technical related issues.
• Conduct training and skills coaching of technicians.
• Effective and efficient running of concrete laboratory services

Products Application and development

• Actively involve in product development and existing product optimazation to suit market needs and expectation.
• Regular assessment and benchmarking of product performance versus competitors
• Provide technical guidance to sales team and customer for products application.
• To identify future customer needs and determine their services needs to meet their satisfaction with products and services.
• Maintain and provide an up-to-date knowledge in concrete and admixture technologies.
• Responsible for product trial performance to customer.

Support for customer needs

• Develop application of products and services.
• Support for projects field and laboratory trial services for proven products performance.
• Actively work with customer, business associates, and others party to develop and update the business trend.
• Conducts training for internal or external customer for product based on concrete technologies and products application.

Implementation for concrete laboratory services

• Manage concrete laboratory asset properly.
• Conduct concrete trial service for internal or external customer.
• According to established policy/procedure/practices, supervise and manage the AS laboratory including the safety, material testing, etc. to ensure smooth operation.
• Be responsible for rectiftying all equipment in the AS laboratory according to the manual and instructions from suppliers to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update AS laboratory work instruction manual to help regulate prochedures and methods.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Civil engineering
• Working Experience: Minimum 5 years on concrete and admixture industry
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Concrete technology and concrete industry
