• Responsible for achieving the target area who have been set by direct superior
• Manage distributors to carry out their duties and responsibilities to be able to achieve the budget given by superiors
• Managing and developing a team of staff ( SPR, SPO, and Distributors Salesmen)
• Ensure all activities planned by the direct superior can run by the objectives or targets that have been set
• Ensuring that the sub-ordinate (SPR, SPO) makes and runs the itinerary and activity plan by what has been determined

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major and reputable university.
• Preferably has experience in the building material industry in the retail and project segment
• Preferably lives in the local area
