• representative in the assigned area to elevate business operation and expand product distribution
• Drive and manage the productivity of Distributors, Sub-Distributors and their respective salesforce
• Create an Initiative to ensure excellent distribution coverage and a solid partnership with retailer partners in GT Channel
• Effectively report the distribution performance, market condition, and competitive landscape of the area in daily, weekly and monthly format as assigned by the direct superior

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major and reputable university.
• More than 2 Years of experience in commercial or customer-facing role
• Highly Preferable experience from Construction, Building Materials or Consumer Goods Industry
• Willing to be responsible of area within the Jabodetabek Region
• Proficient in riding motorbikes/car, has a driver’s license (SIM) and demonstrate safety driving
• Good communication in a professional manner in both written and verbal English
