Job description
- RMP stock monitoring - including accuray
- Daily stock control
- RMP weighing and checking
- Data input - Good receipt & Purchase Receipt
- Manage incoming truck (Sand, Limestone, Cement, Fly ash, Additive, Packaging, Pallet etc)
- Ensure incoming RMP following specification with matched quantity
- Prepare material for production as planned by PPIC
- Close coordination with security team for incoming RMP
- Records incoming RMP
- Hand over RMP with production, ensure material send and returned matched physically and system
- Controlling material shelf life
- Controlling EHS issue in Upstream area
Job requirements
- Minimum education of Senior High School / Vocational High School (Open for Diploma / Bachelor's Degree)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) field
- Preference given to candidates with work experience in the warehousing division
- Must be able to operate computers and proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Possess a compliant attitude towards regulation
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity
