RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR JEMBER & PROBOLINGGO

The position can be based in Jember or Probolinggo following your domicile.

Responsibilities for Retail Sales Supervisor Area Jember and Probolinggo

1. have strong ability to maintain and communication with distributor and channel distribution
2. have stong ability to make clear communication with external and internal department
3. have strong ability to managing and developing a team (SPO and SPR)
4. have ability to read market situation, maping area coverage
5. Ensure achievement Target minimum 100%
6. able to making a report weekly and monthly (sales achievement, market situation, price comparation, Numeric distribution plan,etc)
7. Ensure all of our product be well distributed in all of area coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with previous experience in sales Supervisor from consumer Goods (FMCG), Building material, Consumer electronics industries.
• Have experience in maintaining multi distributor
• Have experience in handle sales retail segment (GT), Modern trade segment (MT)
• Selling skill negotiation, presentation skill, reporting skill
