- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Equipment Failures and identify failure mechanism and implement corrective and preventive action.
- Analyze reoccurring equipment issue and give recommendation design or modification improvement to enhance reliability
- Optimizing Maintenance Strategy; Preventive, Predictive, Opportunity and others
- Monitoring & Tracking Performance Reliability: MTBF, MTTR, Equipment Reliability, OEE
- Data Analysis for Maintenance history and equipment performance data
- Manage Reliability Pillar
- Improve Risk Management manufacturing operation specially on Risk Reduction on Maintenance Activity, Machinery Safety & LOTO
Job requirements
- Experience in Maintenance/Engineering min 8 years.
- Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument background
- Minimal 5 years in SPV level
- Technical : RCA, RCM, FMEA, DFMEA, TPM, Professional Maintenance
- EHS: HAZOP, Risk Assessment, Machinery Safety Knowledge.
