PURCHASING SR. MANAGER, PROJECT & TECHNICAL PURCHASING

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Purchasing (CAPEX & Technical) to lead and manage the procurement of capital expenditure (CAPEX) items, technical equipment, and services. The role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and optimizing cost efficiency for all technical and CAPEX-related purchases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement, with at least 5 years in CAPEX and technical procurement.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors preferred.
• Proven track record in leading high-value CAPEX projects and contract negotiations.
• Strong technical understanding of machinery, equipment, and industrial projects.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier evaluation skills.
• Proficient in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership capabilities with experience managing a team.
