PROJECT SALES ASST. MANAGER - BATAM

• Develop and set monthly targets for project distributor local partner per the target market and potential of area and monitor the realization
• Plan and make regular visits to distributor, developers, project owners, contractors and applicators as well as evaluate and make reports
• Provide appropriate information to distributor, developers, contractors, and applicators about the functions and advantages of the product and can provide solutions if there are problems with the product and work methods
• Ensure and monitor the process of ordering the product until the product has been received by the customer
• Ensure customer complaints are dealt with quickly and take the actions needed for customer satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate the activities of competitors and take precautions so that competitor products cannot develop
• Ensuring that the planned Activity Plan has been carried out consistently per a predetermined schedule
• Making sales reports (weekly and monthly sales reports), activity reports and activity evaluations (Sales Activity), marketing program reports (coordination with Marketing Area), reports on market conditions and competitor activities

• University Graduate, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of sales project in building materials industry
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership
• Have experience in developing areas
• Has good networking with several distributors, developers, and national and local contractors.
• Preferably lives in Kepri/Batam area
