PRODUCT MANAGER

• lead the strategy, development, and growth of our product lines in the retail and project market
• conduct comprehensive market analysis, manage the product portfolio, and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
• Drive revenue growth by identify market opportunities, develop new products and optimize the performance of existing products
• lead initiatives to improve product positioning, pricing, communication, and route-to-market (RTM) strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required. A strong technical foundation is essential to understand the nuances of building materials.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or Brand Management, with a preference for candidates from the building materials industry. Demonstrated success in managing products in a competitive and dynamic market is essential.
