PLANT ENGINEER - GSK

• Facilitate the needs of the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) team with the Plant (Plant Manager and Head of Department).
• Evaluate and report on the implementation of WCM Pillars (Industrial efficiency, Machine Reliability, Quality Process Control, People development, etc.).
• Provide training to employees on policies, methodologies, and other matters necessary for WCM implementation.
• Conduct analysis and develop improvement activity plans.
• Able to conduct risk assessments and develop action plans.

• Bachelor's or Diploma, preferably from Engineering Department
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Plant Engineer
• Proficient in Ms. Excel and PowerBI
• Understands the 5S concept
• Understands the concept of lean manufacturing/world-class manufacturing
• Understands work safety standards
• Able to work well with others.
• Team management and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proactive in performing duties.
