NATIONAL WCM & OPERATION SUPPORT SR MANAGER

• Driving the implementation and progress of the WCM program.
• Ensure the Implementation of the WCM pillar & Problem-solving tools following the methodology provided by WCM Central
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement that delivers sustainable results.
• Manage KPI operations, analysis, loss stratification, and action plans to close the gap.
• Conduct training sessions to improve knowledge & competency of WCM Tools & Techniques
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with WCM Standards

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical
• Have 10 years in an improvement role (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, etc)
• Technical skills: Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, OEE Knowledge, Material Balance, PDCA, Problem-Solving Tools.
• Leadership and communication.
