MECHANICAL ENGINEER

1. Provide input to the plant maintenance team to ensure CILT activity is carried out with efficient processes and effective results.
2. Provided regular benchmarking activity reports and monitored all improvement activity.
3. Analyze breakdown trends and abnormality events, evaluate current activity, and develop improvement plans.
4. Provide good practice of engineering solutions to improve the machine and process stability and capabilities.
5. Plan and manage engineering projects or modifications on the machine.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 7 years experience in the engineering supervisor level in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving.
• Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.
• A demonstrated ability to lead self or small teams to achieve intended results.
• Good at English both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of mechanical analysis, have experience with design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex mechanical challenges.
• Good understanding of the basic quality system of product and process
• Good understanding of total productive maintenance and world-class manufacturing.
• Good understanding of lost intelligence and continues improvement-oriented
• Good understanding of systematic problem-solving methods.
