Job description
- Oversee all personnel SCM Downstream & all contractors who work on SCM Downstream area are work safely in accordance with the Saint-Gobain Policies & Regulations.
- Oversee SCM Downstream personnel carry out all their job responsibilities in accordance with work procedures.
- Oversee SCM Downstream personnel know and understand their work achievement targets in accordance with KPIs.
- Oversee SCM Downstream personnel know, understand and comply with the Company's Vision & Mission.
- Collaborate with:
- EHS department related to the safety regulations.
- Sales & Marketing department related to Customer Orders.
- PPIC and Production department related to product availability.
- Quality Control department related to FG quality control at Warehouse.
- Account Receivable department related to Invoice documents.
- Account Payable department related to payment for vendor services.
- Purchasing department is related to the provision of transportation and support equipment.
- Human Resource department concerned with the development of personnel skills.
Job requirements
- Have minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in majoring Logistics Management & Industrial Engineering.
- Have min. 3 years working experiences in Logistics & Inventory
- Understand the concept of SCM, WMS, ERP, Delivery / Transportation Management system, FIFO & 5S.
- Able to lead and manage work team / organization.
- Able to analyze and provide solutions in solving problems.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Having high enthusiasm, consistency, good behavior, discipline, responsibility, honesty and willingness to hard work.
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing English.
