ELECTRICAL ASST MANAGER

1. Provide input to the plant maintenance team to ensure CILT activity is carried out with efficient processes and effective results.
2. Conduct regular equipment assessments related to electrical parts and provide a professional report.
3. Provide regular benchmarking activity reports and monitor improvement activity.
4. Analyze breakdown trends and abnormality events, evaluate current activity, and develop improvement plans.
5. Provide input for electrical and automation processes

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering background with a minimum of 7 years at the engineering supervisor level in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving.
• Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.
• A demonstrated ability to lead self or small teams to achieve intended results.v
• Good at English both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of electrical analysis, able to understand and read electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Good knowledge of motor and AC drive inverter, DC, motor, and DC drive systems.
• Good understanding of the basic quality system of product and process
• Good understanding of total productive maintenance and world-class manufacturing.
• Good understanding of lost intelligence and continues improvement-oriented
• Good understanding of systematic problem-solving methods.
