BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER TIA

Product Offer & Strategy

·       Conduct market assessment & develop business plan

·       Define product & service offer including sourcing & pricing

·       Proactively managing profitability & margin

·       Liaise with insulation specialists from central marketing, APAC & other countries for sharing best practices

·       University Graduate with exposure in architecture/civil engineering field would be of advantage.

·       Fluent in English, both written and spoken

·       At least 5 years’ experience business development/management role

·       Skill of Influencing, Negotiation, Presentation, and Project Management are essential

·       Good leadership & visionary

·       Knowledge & interest on building science & sustainable construction
