ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER MPU

We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager for our TR Mortar Products who will cover below areas:

1. Sales for Jabodetabek & West Java
2. Sales for Sumatera & West Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

1. Become TR Mortar representative in the assigned area to elevate business operation and expand product availability and manage the productivity of Distributors, Sub-Distributors and their respective salesforce
2. Create Initiative to assure excellent distribution coverage and a solid partnership with retailer partners in All Channels
3. Develop our Salesforce by equipping related skills to achieve sales target
4. Ensure the execution of programs and initiative assigned for both Project and Retail Customers in the area
5. Effectively report the distribution performance, market condition and competitive landscape of the area in daily, weekly and monthly format as assigned by the direct superior

• Bachelor's Degree from any major and reputable university.
• More than 5 Years of experience in commercial or customer-facing role, Preferably from Construction and Building Materials Industry
• Willing to be responsible of area within the Assigned Region (Jabodetabek West Java and Sumatera WestKalimantan)
• Proficient in riding car, has a driver’s license (SIM A) and demonstrate safety driving
• Good communication in a professional manner in both written and verbal English
