Job description

  • Provide sales forecast monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Lead and manage all the teams underneath to underneath to achieve the targets set by the company
  • Responsible for achieving overall company sales targets in both Retail & Project
  • Evaluate and analyst the market potential developed in the area
  • Team manage and develop (Coaching, briefing, training, joint visit), expense control
  • Making, discussing and analyze strategies and planned activities can be run in accordance with the goals or objectives that have been determined
  • Ensuring the team / sub ordinate to make and carry out travel plans and activity plans that are in accordance with those specified
  • Monitor, control & carry out all activities and business processes both sales activities (education to customers: Contractors & Owners) or programs both to distributors and to outlets in accordance with the role that exist
  • Provide direction or guidance to the sub-ordinate about problem solving and how to become goals with many challenges
  • Making reporting or reporting activities: reporting performance (weekly and monthly sales reporting) reporting activities (reporting sales programs), reporting markets (market savvy: pricing competitors, program competitors are also innovation product competitors & sales productivity), reporting rolling estimates

Job requirements

  • Min 5 years experience in sales in FMCG / Building Material industry, proven leading sales organization team and territory management in Southern Sumatera.
  • Microsoft Excel and Power Point is a must. Microsoft PowerBI is an added advantage.
