Job description
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Manage and coach sales team
- Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
- Improve Distirbutor Business Process & Operation
- Manage daily operations, monitoring team including training, and development.
- Develop and implement efficient sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Previous experience in technical sales
- Preferably from building material industry
- Minimum experience 7 years in sales
- good communication both in Bahasa and English
- proficient in Microsoft tools
