Server & Infrastructure Engineer Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor physical & virtual servers supporting POS, inventory, SAP, and other business systems.
• Provide server and network support to ensure stable daily operations.
• Manage storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems; conduct DR testing annually.
• Implement security policies including patching, access control, firewall, and malware protection.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize system downtime.
• Plan server capacity and support infrastructure growth.
• Handle server deployment, migration, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ISO 9001:2015 implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in server & infrastructure roles.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN).
• Knowledge of storage, backup & recovery (NAS, SAN, RAID, Veeam/Veritas).
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent).
• Experience with monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) are a plus.
