- Host live shopping sessions according to the assigned schedule
- Engage audiences and build excitement to drive sales conversion
- Prepare before live sessions (product setup, display, grooming, live tools)
- Ensure live streaming meets brand standards and business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate live performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Continuously improve engagement strategies and selling techniques
Job requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Live Streaming Host, in sales, or content creation
- Experienced and proficient in using selling tools and features across multiple marketplace platforms
- Confident, energetic, and camera-friendly personality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in sales techniques such as up-selling and cross-selling
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of audience engagement
- Passionate about e-commerce, retail, and digital trends
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Willing to work shift schedules
