Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Merchandising Product Planning to manage product planning, inventory availability, and merchandise execution across our retail stores. This role plays a key part in ensuring the right products are available at the right stores, supporting sales growth and enhancing customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage product requests to ensure inventory availability based on product plans and store requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels, replenishment needs, and product distribution from suppliers and Head Office to stores.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory data, and market trends to optimize merchandise planning.
  • Coordinate with Merchandise Design, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams regarding product launches, promotions, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure product displays and merchandising layouts are implemented according to company standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product placement and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Support promotional events, exhibitions, and new product launches.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory and sales reports to improve business performance.
  • Support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.


Job requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Managemen, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, and luxury retail industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with excellent business acumen and stakeholder management abilities.
