Management Trainee

PT Central Mega Kencana is looking for highly motivated graduates to join our Management Trainee – Factory program. This structured development program is designed to prepare future leaders within our jewelry manufacturing operations.

Through hands-on assignments, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship from experienced professionals, trainees will gain practical knowledge of production processes, mechanical product design, quality management, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured rotations across factory and manufacturing functions

• Support the development of mechanical concepts and product designs

• Create and review technical drawings and 3D models

• Assist in prototype development, testing, and design improvement

• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product functionality, quality, and manufacturability

• Complete assigned projects and present improvement recommendations to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong interest in mechanical architecture, mechanical systems, and mechanical product design

• Familiar with engineering drawings, 3D modelling, and CAD software

• Experience with or knowledge of CNC machines is an advantage

• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work full-time at the CMK factory in Ciracas, East Jakarta
