Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing and following up on customer leads.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to purchase.
- Follow up on leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, or other relevant channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to maximize sales opportunities and lead conversion.
Job requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to follow up and convert leads into sales.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
- Well-groomed and confident in dealing with customers.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and digital communication platforms.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and in a retail/store environment.
