IT Support Officer

Job description

  • Provide daily technical support to retail/store users and internal staff.
  • Handle and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Troubleshoot POS systems, cash register computers, printers, scanners, EDC devices, and related equipment.
  • Serve as first‑level (L1) support and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Record issues and progress updates in the ticketing/log system.
  • Deliver basic training on system usage to users.
  • Set up new user accounts, system access, and credential resets.
  • Ensure stable IT operations with minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams.
  • Provide remote support during flexible working hours, including weekends.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Detail‑oriented and organized in data administration.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to design flowcharts is a plus point
