IT Development Specialist

Our Digital Team is looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer to develop and deliver end-to-end digital solutions by working closely with Business Process and UI/UX teams, from design through deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Process and UI/UX teams in designing and developing digital products and systems
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and frontend applications
• Implement and support deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and external freelancers
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
• Take strong ownership of project delivery and system quality
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing systems

Technology Stack:

• Backend: Golang / .NET Core
• Frontend: Next.js
• Database: PostgreSQL / SQL Server
• DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices
• Proficiency in Golang or .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js preferred)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable making technical decisions and working independently
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve
