We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to support our Human Capital team in managing and optimizing HR data across all subsidiaries.
Job Description:
- Integrating and consolidating HR data from all subsidiaries into a centralized system
- Performing data cleansing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data
- Supporting subsidiaries, including retail teams, with HR data needs such as contract expiry monitoring and reminders
- Analyzing HR data, especially employee turnover, and proposing data-driven improvement programs
- Preparing HR reports, dashboards, and insights to support business decision-making
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve HR systems and data processes
- Acting as an HR system analyst to enhance system integration and efficiency
- Managing and optimizing HRIS usage, including system maintenance, data updates, and user support
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Analyst / HR Data role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data processing)
- Experience in HRIS and data management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
