Host Live & Content Creator

We are seeking energetic and engaging Live Shopping Hosts to support one of our brands across various live shopping and social commerce platforms. This role is responsible for delivering interactive live sessions, increasing audience engagement, building product awareness, and driving sales conversion through compelling product presentations. 

Job Responsibilities

• Host live shopping sessions according to the approved schedule and rundown.
• Present products in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
• Communicate product features, benefits, promotions, pricing, and purchasing instructions effectively.
• Engage actively with viewers through comments, questions, and live interactions.
• Maintain audience retention and encourage purchasing decisions during live sessions.
• Represent and uphold the image, values, and tone of voice of one of our brands.
• Study product knowledge, campaign mechanics, promotional activities, and key selling points before each session.
• Attend briefing sessions and rehearsals when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow production directions during live broadcasts.
• Provide post-live feedback and insights to support future improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Energetic, persuasive, and engaging personality.
• Previous experience as a Live Shopping Host, Live Stream Host, Content Creator, Sales Promoter, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or jewelry products is an advantage.
• Professional, cooperative, and adaptable attitude.
• Able to work onsite in Jakarta and follow a shift-based schedule.
• Willing to work on weekends, campaign days, and major online shopping events.
